I recently hired your firm to repair my water line. I wanted to tell you what a fine job your employees did. Doug and Justin did an outstanding job. When I called Doug, he gave me a firm date to be here to do the repair. We had been out of water for 5 days - so it was a big thing. He was right on time. They came, got right to work, worked diligently and took care of the problem.

Doug handled the backhoe like Arthur Fiedler directing the Boston Philharmonic very skilled. When they were done they cleaned up the area in a workman like manner. I was most impressed.

It is such a pleasure to do business with a firm that does what it says it will do, when they say they will do it. And have the job done correctly-at an affordable price.

I've used Big Sky Plumbing for approximately 15 years. They always have a service man at the disposal of the public and they seem to get the job done the day I call. I have some rental properties that are older units and they require service periodically in the form of hot water heaters and boilers needing repair. Big Sky Plumbing seems to always have an individual readily available. We just call the tenants and tell them Big Sky is coming. Big Sky is very prompt. The tenants have never had to go overnight without hot water or being able to use the bathroom which may be a huge inconvenience. Zach is a person who you can count on to get the job done. I put on notice to all my tenants that if they have a plumbing problem and I am not available to give Zach a call.

My name is Wayne O'Brien. I own Montana Marketing. My experience with Zach and the boys at Big Sky Plumbing happened at the beginning of this year, January 2, when it was 25 degrees below zero. A rental property across from my house had pipes breaking everywhere because my heater failed.
